Conservation of the 18th century bequest plaque

In 2017, we received a grant from the Veneziana Fund which supports the conservation of artefacts from the 18th century, thanks to contributions from the customers of Pizza Express. This allowed us to commission conservation work to the bequest plaque recording the gifts made by Lady Ann Dudley to St Edith's Church including a silver gilt chalice and plate. The plaque had been in a bad state of repair and was illegible in places.
